Remarks: I worked at home for 19 years. When I had a "paying job", I worked primarily in banking as executive secretary in Marketing and Public Relations and later for the City of Bellingham. After 13 years, I was forced into retirement by "The City" when I was caught up in their final round of layoffs. I must say, I have come to enjoy the retirement lifestyle with more time to enjoy our grandson and soon-to-be-born 2nd grandbaby!

Remarks: Semi retired. I do the purchasing for various contractors at the (4) refineries in the area; primarily doing turn-arounds (shut downs) which can last from 3-12 weeks depending upon the scope of work. I was recently in Calfornia doing a shut down at Valero Refinery in Benicia CA; a little over 2 months, with a contractor named Star Con Int'l. I'm currently at the BP Refinery in Blaine (the old Arco plant) doing a "Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel" project.
