Remarks: I received my teaching degree shortly after Ger Miller and I married but only taught full-time one year. Then I did some substituting before that and after Ger died of cancer in 1986. I met Jim, also a cancer-widower, and remarried in 1989. He retired from Motorola in 1993 and we began our own 2-way radio/ cell phone business.

We semi-retired in 2003 and find plenty to do at home working on our unfinished house and at church. We both have several jobs there--I play organ and sing among others. We have 5 grandchildren on my side and almost 8 on his. Our greatest fun is getting as many of them together at once.

Remarks: I divorced in 1992 after 28 years of marriage, and I am still single. I retired October 1, 2008, after 24 years working in the HR field for Snohomish County Public Works in Everett.

After retirement, I moved in with my youngest daughter who is a teacher of the deaf in Puyallup. I love having time to enjoy my thee grandchildren of my oldest daughter, Torri. She and her husband live in Ravensdale, WA; about a 30 minute drive from Puyallup. Their three children, Peyton (12), Riley (9), and Kyler (6) keep them busy and grandma attending sports events and just spending time with them. I enjoy gardening and just living life to the fullest.

Remarks: After graduating, I went to work for my dad on the chicken farm. Then I bought the farm in 1962, and married Judy Bodtke. We had four children: Mechealle, Theresa, Doug, and Rachel.

I worked the farm for ten years building it up to 50,000 chickens. In 1972 Judy and I divorced and I journeyed on to the car business. I have been at Jerry Chambers Chevrolet for 37 years.

In 1992 I married Diane Sudduth whom I dated in high school. Diane had three children so together we have seven children, fourteen grandchildren and one great grandson.

Diane and I are growing old together enjoying camping, fishing, hunting and cruising. Our life is good, peaceful and comfortable...

I also fish and hunt when I can get away; there are Deer in the yard quite often. We have a new home with a huge barn on 20 acres. The Barn is equipped with bar, toilet, Jukebox, pool table, dart board, boat, Jeep etc. Fun for the whole family, and our friends.

Remarks (Updated 09/26/10):I worked in Law Enforcement for eighteen years; since 1980; employed by the Police Department, and now have been a retiree nearly two years. It is so nice not having to work shifts anymore.

Butch is still working as an Animal Control Officer. He hopes to retire within the next year or so. Butch and I will celebrate our 41st Anniversary on Oct. 11, 2010. We have two grandchildren.

Horses are still my passion and am spending as much time as possible doing the "horsey" thing. Just never grew out of it like most kids.

We still live in the same home on nearly 10 acres. This means that I spend way too much time just trying to keep up with things.

I'm looking forward to a BIG reunion coming up. Wow!! Can't believe how fast time has sped by.

Remarks (09/26/10): Hello Everyone,

Well I have done a little of everything, housewife, waitress, bartender, CNA, KMart retailer; 20 years, and Assistant Manger in two stores; Bellevue, WA, and Sandpoint ID. Retired from the latter after twenty-eight years, and then moved back to WA in 2000.

In 2004 I lost my soul mate; my beloved husband Bob to Cancer after twenty-four years.

I came out of retirement after five months due to boredom and went to work as a Manager at Corrning Revere Dish store in Centralia, WA. After ten years of getting up when I could have been sleeping in, I decided enough was enough and retired for the second time.

Now that I'm retired I can pull my 5th wheeler to the Ocean and camp to my hearts content.

I have, eight Grandchildren, ranging in age from 31 to two years, and I have the pleasure of watching my two youngest Grandbabies once to twice a week which helps my son, and daughter-in-law out; they are trying to improve upon there careers.

In February of 2011 I will become a Great Grandma. This I'm excited about. Other than that, my days just keep rolling on, with the good fortune that I'm still in good health... knock on wood.

Remarks (02/26/08): I have just recently married after nine years as a widow. David (Morton) was also a widower for nine years. We met several years ago and had dated for several months then parted our ways. We got back together a few months ago and married on February 4th, 2008.

I am still working for Progressive Insurance Company and am hoping to retire at the end of this year. My husband is retired and would like to do some traveling together while we are still able too.

Over the years I have worked at several different types of businesses including Ceramics. When I arrived in Colorado Springs I went to work at a ceramic shop and met my 2nd husband (Marvin D. Robinson) there. After Marvin & I married we opened our own Ceramic Shop and closed that after 10 years. I then went to work for Cole National, as manager of a Keys & Engraved Gift Department inside of Sears. I was at that job for seven years and then worked for Sears for three years.

After Marvin passed away I went to work at Progressive as a Customer Service Representative in the "Personal Lines". Currently I work in the "Commerical Lines" and have for over six and half years.

My daughter Chris lives with us at this time and is working on getting her BA degree. She should have it by November 2008. My son James & wife live and work in Virginia. Jim is in the Computer area with the Navy.
