This was the largest "Class of 64" attendance we've had so far; including the pleasure of seeing a couple of classmates that have never attended previously; Brian Johnson, coming all the way from Chicago with his wife, and Wallie (Klix) Rumford.
The food was delicious - Oven Fried Chicken, Barbequed Beef Ribs, three salads, corn bread and pies galore! Some of the photos even turned out well (See Below).
There was a lot of laughter and hugs, and all had the opportunity to talk and "catch-up" with those that attended. Our former principal, Calvin Johnson and his wife also were present; he gave an outstanding speech on wisdom and living each day as it comes. May I add the man doesn't look a day older than when WE graduated...
Stay tuned for other class gathering announcements, and for sure see you for our 45th in 2009!!! Glory Linderman-Bodtke
